Friendsgiving Thanksgiving

As Tim and I are coming up on our 2 year Japanniversary, I find myself reflective.  We have had quite the adventure over the past few years and I look forward to those we have during our remaining time.

During this season of Thanksgiving, I want to give thanks for all those who have supported us from afar and for those who we are blessed with in Japan.  Our friends here have become our family.   A large portion of our favorite memories took place with this eclectic group.  And as several of the major players begin to move west this winter, my heart is heavy with goodbyes.  However, our time in Japan would have been far less colorful and exciting without them.  And for that, I will remain grateful.

For those of you who have not yet met our friends, I thought I would share a few pictures from our friendsgiving at Chez Becca and Lorri's 3rd annual Thanksgiving (and unfortunately their last as they move to Pensacola this month).

Raspberry Cheesecake made an appearance for the 2nd year in a row!  I am grateful for cheesecake... and for Jeeana who makes them!

Now that my pants are too tight, it is time to switch gears from Thanksgiving to Christmas.  Happy Holidays!
Love,
